      Excellent Job Security Excellent Wok life Balance

      Team leaders are too Autocratic. Development opportunities are for people who are favourites of management rather than for the performing individual. Issues are buried within the team without letting escalation to Senior Management Very slow career progress in general Many of the benefits are outdated and not competitive with other operators

      Size and bureaucracy can sometimes stifle growth and ambition, in addition to killing innovation because of the perceived lower risk strategy. This can lead to frustration because of slow decision making and a lack of empowerment and trust of employees - despite the strong human capital base.
