Pros

Great Pension (if you joined before 2010) and er... I'll get back to you.

Cons

Promotions take for ever and they have little faith in throwing people into a job and letting them sink or swim. They would rather send you on patronizing "development" courses for 10 years before offering you a secondment in the next role "up." They are not the best payers, in fact for some job titles they are the worst in the local area, and they think that offering a cycle to work scheme is able to offset this.

Pros

Lots of new things to learn, i was hired as a mature hire and was given lot of responsability quickly, opportunity to get involved in lots of events, very friendly atmosphere

Cons

training given leaves a lot to be desired, training needs to be improved drastically, also data organisation throughout the company is apalling! one can spend months looking for data and still not find it. no overtime or days back for working on holidays/weekends is so demotivating
