a lot to learn, as the industry is growing very quickly and the team is building new products while running the business. People are generally friendly and with good intentions - management pushing but all fair. Above all, the CEO and the Tech Director are very smart.

Cons

Many work activities in parallel, sometimes not easy to prioritise and remained focused.

Great staff, Everyone is so approachable, get credit for good work, no judgement, every boss has been really helpful. training has been excellent, workshops for mental health, and woman in the work place.
