      Great team of dedicated people who genuinely care about what they are doing; being at the forefront of the biggest change to an industry in a century; being part of bp and the benefits that brings in terms of the scale and support

      Cons

      Very fast moving, which doesn't suit everyone; and big targets to hit, so the unambitious need not apply!
