      Pros

      Lovely group in the smaller teams, workload is good and jobs is enjoyable. 1 day per month on site organised by team. Flexible in terms of work hours with manager. Good manager.

      Cons

      Senior leadership teams never listen and are just trying to get their next promotion. Everybody's mentality in wider teams is what can they do to show management to get themself promoted and not on improving our sub par product. Issues regarding contracts as new employees have access to global contracts and existing do not ( this has caused discrepancy in regards to benefits ,pay and work hours). Lack of progression routes.
