      Coming from some rather large Corporate companies in my past career the culture is one of the best I have experienced. bp pulse really value their staff, it shows from the top down in the passion and pride employees have. There is no feeling hierarchy just one team who are all driven towards the same goals

      Cons

      Honestly there are no 'Cons' Its an emerging industry so there are challenges but this is part of the enjoyment, if you have the passion and thrive on change, challenge and proactive ownership it really is a great place to work.
