Terrible org structure, absolutely random progression and no sense of direction from the management team. They seem to have one of the big four coming in every 6 months to restructure the whole company I have been there for 1.5 years and I have seen 3 CFOs and 2 CPOs. The last restructuring has cut off over 100 people directly and pushed at least the same amount to leave the company. The product strategy changes every 3 months because they can't bring in any revenue-generating product even if their life depends on it

Company will collapse due to its inability to see value in people who are experienced in the industry. When just Chargemaster (before BP take over) all employees where passionate about there work. Now moral at an all time low. Blame culture and not my job attitudes well and truly set in, all due to inept managment and shocking disregard for customers. Try calling Customer Care if you have an hour to kill while waiting on hold. Rebranded as BP Pulse. No pulse here, just a dying, once decent company to work for.
