      The people were great and I got to learn a lot of different things. There were many opportunities to interact with and work with people across the agency.

      There is no diversity in upper management.

      Pros

      Smart, kind coworkers who care about their work and their fellow team members. Fun culture (because of said coworkers) and swanky new office.

      Cons

      Upper leadership is tough; hard to read, inconsistent and, at times, unkind. Disappointingly, they seem to be discouraging of any DEI efforts, so if that's important to you, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
