      Pros

      Great group of people who enjoy working across roles to create thoughtful, integrated work. Employee ownership program is a pretty awesome perk along with a parking allowance, which is worth its weight in gold in the North Loop. Really fun company culture that starts from the top with CEO and President Makes big investments on career development/training and company culture. Leadership is open to hear and act on ideas from anyone within the organization who has the drive.

      Cons

      Not a lot, really. Wish that adding a spouse to health insurance was less expensive with the benefits package.

      Pros

      Feel free to leave early, everyone does, there is no work because the same 5 people are overloaded with it.

      Cons

      Day to day employees are not listened to. Leaderships holds cheesy brainstorms to hear what you have to say but ultimately do what they want to do regardless. Too many to list.
