A strict work environment and hierarchy structure. Managers and executives can't keep anything confidential. Gossip Town. It is hard to get raises and promotion, unless you know the right people. No work life balance, vacation time sucks, doctor note is required to take a sick day, toxic culture and some managers abuse their power

You won't find another place like this in the Houston area.
