It's a great company, good benefits. The company does their best to work with you to help you achieve your goals. It's a great place to put your foot in the door if you're trying to be a System Administrator, Software Engineer, DevOps, etc.

Cons

While working here is rewarding, it is sink or swim culture. Do not expect to survive here unless you have a lot of experience with system administration, networking, and programming.

Flexible with a Remote/Hybrid work environment Lunch provided every day when in the office

Cons

The culture was great for a very long time, it's not necessarily worse, but with so much high-level management turnover, there have been changes made. For one, previously most promotions were internal, now they are mostly outside hires. There are definitely culture clashes happening because of it. Also, Nick Koston is no longer the CEO, he was amazing.
