      Probably the best company I've worked for

      Pros

      I think in commercetools you get a chance to work with some of the most talented people from across the world. There are some growing pains but honestly, everything is being dealt with in a timely manner and you see that the management is intentional about fixing certain issues in the team. There is no micromanagement and it's something that is strongly discouraged.

      Cons

      commercetools is growing and adding more processes to support that growth. Not necessarily a bad thing, but takes some time for everyone to adapt to that.
