I have been working at commercetools for about 6 months now and can't give enough rave reviews! The product is great, the people are great, and I can't say enough about the flexibility and just general company culture. Will definitely plan on staying and growing here for a while!

Very diverse and multi-cultured organization ( but a lot of folks left due to being treated poorly). Global footprint. Remote first organization with great on-boarding. Free health insurance.

Very unprofessional leadership. - Colleague locked them selves in their hotel room to avoid intoxicated and inappropriate behavior on work trip; later reported and all that was done was a "slap on hand"... - C Suite Leader: "The promotion is solely result of gender and nationality " - C Suite Leader: " If we cant understand them in the interview because of accent we don't want to hire " - Sales Leadership: "impregnate them with sales" - C Suite Leader: working out with hand weights during team calls - PM: fell out of hammock while leading a call
