Pros

The discount was 20% which was good, its a good job if you don't have any obligations such as kids and are not in a leadership position.

Cons

The position i had was only $0.50 more then minimum wage and it was definitely not worth it at all. The people I were in charge of were so disrespectful and degrading. My experience was so bad it was starting to strongly effect my mental health I eventually had to quit. My bosses weren't doing anything to stand up for me even though they knew the people under me were not respecting me at all and were not doing there work properly or sometimes at all.

Steady schedule and an easy job that anyone can do.

Cons

This position is extremely mind numbing since most of your day will be spent upfront greeting. Every now and then you also have to deal with crazy people and escort them out of the store. Even though its a little dangerous at least those moments give you some time to take a break from standing upfront.

My experience at dds came with a Friendly environment, a job full of opportunities, fast pase, it helped me with communication skills, and allowed space for improvement.

Cons

Holiday seasons were at times hectic, but working as a team had such an impact on getting our tasks done.
