The employee discount is really good 20 percent

Cons

Management treat employee like slaves. If you kiss ass they will take you under there wing and if you are not a ass kisser they put you as a part timer (reject) Breathing down your neck constintly, ACE trainers very unprofessional always cursing at associates.

Flexible company to work for.

Cons

Its a discount store & customers treat it as a thrift store. An Associate is required to float in many different positions. There is not set position. Sales associates has to be a back up cashier as well as recover their assigned section (very difficult during busy seasons) There is a general lack of training. You get one day with a buddy trainer, then you are on your own Managers sometimes forget that you have a life outside of work.
