Pros

+++ Profitable - job security!! + Good level of autonomy in my role + Great product that's loved and is constantly improving + Great, smart & passionate employees + An awareness, and willingness, to mature + Very open communication across the business + There's now a much better internal

Cons

- The company is just finding their feet after multiple years of being heavily impacted by external events; naturally, this has sometimes led to a lack of direction but recent efforts seem to have brought much more alignment - During covid, the company had to grow quickly - sometimes this meant hiring people before knowing the why or how. This sometimes lead to turbulence due to a lack of clarity for people in terms of expectations. With recent senior hires, there's now a lot more thought going into hiring and general company structure that's now contributing to more stability in general.

Pros

* Decentralised autonomous work style * Lots of low hanging fruit * 100% leadership owned, no external shareholders

Cons

* Chaotic, lots of processes don't exist yet * Interview process was very slow, hard to book interviews, didn't feel especially wanted and nearly withdrew. Stick with it!

Pros

The product has legs - already a market leader despite being young. The people. The founders of the company really care about creating a great environment and are hiring the right people to build a strong culture and retain staff.

Cons

The founders aren’t businessmen and they’re the first to admit this, as a result there’s been some dysfunction and chaos which has led to instability with the product and the staff. Plenty of money and ideas but poor execution. I’m confident that doxy.me is at a turning point, maturing and planning for the long haul.
