Cons
- A lack of visibility into decisions had been the cause of some frustration earlier this year - fortunately, the team have taken steps to ensure more insight into the decision making process including a live leadership meeting - The company has had to shake things up recently to enable and facilitate maturation which wasn't always communicated as well as it could have been. Pleased to see that steps have already been taken to ensure better clarity in this area which has been appreciated by many
