Large existing customer base who love to use our product Customer focused leadership focused on delivering a great service No investor / debt / growth negativity creates a healthy working environment International staff (US, Ukraine, UK) - creates a great balance of people, opinions and outlooks.

Legacy platform and systems create challenges Large customer base and rapid scale - organisation is catching up in maturity Lots of work to do due to the above (good work though) Mostly remote - great benefit, but creates its own challenges

Pros

Excellent salary and benefits including unlimited time off which is actually given Great culture with lots of trust Interesting work Actual tech for good company that isn’t chasing profit over morals No company debt

Cons

Did feel a bit directionless for a while but this has recently improved. Lacking diversity in the engineering department, particularly since the recent redundancies.

The team is made up of amazing, supportive people who truly care about the mission of making healthcare more accessible. The company culture is flexible, remote first, and values work life balance, which makes a huge difference. Leadership is approachable, and there’s a real sense of collaboration and innovation. I would highly recommend!

More consistency in long term strategy would help teams stay aligned.
