Pros

The people make the company! Such a great group of smart and caring people. The company has been taking active and productive steps (and it shows) to scale and mature our business and our team and make it easier to do what we do. The CEO really cares and it shows! The Benefits are out of this world! $0 deductible and they pay $95% . So many other cool perks too.

Cons

Not really cons but more of an opportunity: career growth could be more clear but that’s on the managers not necessarily the company itself. But our people team has done a really good job of putting things and processes in place that are moving us in the right direction.

Pros

I enjoyed working with most people. By far some of the most kind people are there.

Cons

Leveling system: doo doo butter. In seriousness, it seems great on paper but pretty opaque in practice, and doesn't do any favors for salary offers/raises, especially when considering non-technical roles
