      Welcoming onboarding but compensation is below market rates

      Pros

      The people at dunnhumby have been incredibly welcoming, making the transition into my first professional role far less daunting than I expected. Although dunnhumby is a large organization, the structured onboarding process, with clear milestones, informative training courses, and seminars, helped me get up to speed quickly and develop a strong understanding of the business and the work we do.

      Cons

      The compensation is less than similar roles in the market.

      Pros

      The recruitment and on boarding process was super smooth and I felt really supported throughout. During the recruitment phase, my recruiter Evie was clear with expectations and what was needed during each step. Regarding the on boarding, i was given a really structured plan for the first three months, allowing me to feel that I can truly be successful in this role.
