- Tons of vacation - Pretty great work / life balance - People you work with are pretty nice - There are people that truly want to change things. Seek them out and become friends with them.

Cons

- Lack of speed to innovate - Inability to innovate - It's not 2005 anymore. Do not run a company like it is. - Do everything 10X faster than it currently happens.

Pros

NY office is well situated for lunch spots. The building is nice. If you get a chance to work with people in Cincinnati, you are lucky. They are some of the best people in the company. Super bright, friendly, helpful, and know how to get the job done. The health, 401k matching, and vacations definitely overindex as fantastic for nyc.

Cons

Analytics has the highest turnover for g3s in the company, so beware ambitious analysts looking to grow your career here. True friendships across coworkers in nyc are seldom found. Very large gap in salary between management and everyone else, not justified by the effort put in or knowledge/relationships this group owns. Expect to be looped out of meetings regularly, as this is common practice to stronghold the existing status quo.
