      Pros

      Company values are central to working at the company. Many people are smart and genuinely great people. Good benefits, including minimum 25 days vacation

      Cons

      Timely execution of stated plans can be a bit off. Executive team doesn't appear to be accountable. Much talk, little action. Central UK costs way too high for what is needed.

      Some fun and bright people to work with, every opinion counts, benefits are great, technology is pretty new, office space is exciting

      Cons

      Too many buddies at the top surrounding the CEO, not qualified for the job they are now doing. Too many buzzwords and not enough actual implementation of money making ideas.

      Great culture, good benefits, executives are easily accessible

      Cons

      The graduate program is often an after thought. They boast this developmental rotational program but instead use graduates as placeholders for open roles that external hires have not applied for. Starting salary is competitive, but does not keep up with similar positions in the industry. Starting a career here means you will likely never reach the same salary as an external hire for the same position even with 10% raises year after year.
