Excellent company to work with, great overall values, but be mindful of the project you are working on

dh is a company with out standing values and culture, we have lots of initiatives for minority groups and even for addressing mental healthy issues. Overall, it's a company that really cares for their employees wellbeing and that is concerned about diversity and talent retention. Besides that, dh does high standard deliveries and knows hoe to level up its newbies. I'm constantly impressed by the high quality deliveries of my colleagues and very proud of being part of a such talented company that helped me to grow my professional skills a lot in the past years. Working here is truly a blessing and I wouldn't change companies anytime soon. I highly recommend dh as a great place to work.
Cons
As any other company, the project you are working for and the leaders matter. I've worked for over 3 different projects and as any other company I've experienced different life balance among the the different project and leaderships. Also, as any other company, some leaders play favorites, and not everyone is as open to diversity as the company claims to be.
