Pros

Very interesting work - ranging from technically advanced/complex to highly creative to highly commercial... which enables people with different skill sets grow in different verticals. Also, it is not very tough to switch domains and there is good growth opportunity... both horizontal and vertical. Global firm with offices across more than 20 countries which means good exposure to employees willing to relocate and experiment! Work life balance is another major advantage... firm believes in working smart rather than working unnecessarily too hard :)

Cons

Average salaries - company believes in spending indirectly on employees through fun events, gift cards etc but that doesnt offset the salaries being offered by competitors playing at same level. Mid level management looks a bit inefficient and lazy in some places ... G4-G5 levels look particularly busy trying to score points instead of creating actual value to the clients... this doesn't help anyone!

Pros

Good brand kudos. Tesco partnership. Staff at ground level are great.

Cons

Management have little to no idea - 2010/ 2011 - about the role digital plays in people path to purchase and how best to use technology (I was asked to explain ad serving to snr management) to make the online parts commercial. We were selling a skyscraper at £10cpm un-targeted when the rest of the industry was trading through DSP's at les than £1, and this highlights the lack of understanding that ran through all the managers in digital.
