Pros
You get to work with the latest software stack and learn a lot in the process. Project leads here have good knowledge in their field of expertise and guide you well. Also there is good transparency and if you do good work it gets recognized directly from the top level management.
Cons
HR related work gets delayed and sometimes becomes a major inconvenience.

- Opportunity to learn the full product development cycle - One of the good embedded products development company in Chennai - Engineers will get opportunity to work in depth on embedded system and CMOS imaging devices - Transparent management, any request regarding work will be known by everyone - Excellent opportunity to work with embedded software design and application dev for PC - Free biscuits and snacks available whole day - Flexible timing
Cons
- HR need to understand their actual roles and responsibility, not just birthday/function celebration - Most of the managers are like bosses, very few are good leaders in training their team members. I'm lucky to get one. - Management need to maintain their professional behavior to employee from joining till they leave the company - Follow one process, dont keep on changing - Respect individual's suggestion and feedback - Will recommend only for freshers.
