Pros
1. Flexible Timings 2. Lead supports you in your challenges 3. Good compensation and good Hike. 4. Great learning opportunities for freshers. 5. Product Development Company, So good exposer with RnD. 6. Rewards and Recognition is good.
Cons
1. HR policies for employee satisfaction is not up to mark. 2. No Outings and Other stuffs to feel employee relaxed. 3. Only Work and Work 4. Difficult to balance work life and personal life.

1) Work environment is very friendly. 2) Understands your passion & put you in right hands. 3) Appreciates your work & value people. 4) Often we go out for Team outing 5) Always wants to keep people happy.
Cons
I couldn't find any cons but if i have to say then i would say they have to concentrate on improving the infrastructure.
