      Pros

      Wear whatever you want to work. And you can take personal phone calls as needed while working. Also, pay wasn't bad.

      Cons

      Cold calling up to 250 small businesses(5-50 employees) to pitch them a service they probably don't really need.

      Phone book leads, a payroll company that paid me LATE

      Fun people and company culture should serve as a model for others of similar size. Flexible work arrangements and open communication make for a relatively stress free job

      Cons

      It's payroll, so not the most exciting thing to work on.
