      Pros

      Having a leadership team that not only cares, but invests their time in you as a person, not just an employee. Knowing your opinion counts, from minor to major events. Nobody in this company ever feels that they are above another... It truly does feel like a family business!

      Cons

      The only con I can come up with is that as a team, we are all so invested in the success of this company, we may be in the office a little more than our loved ones want, but they also realize that it is for all of our best.

      Pros

      Great hours, good pay and excellent benefits. Fun company. Great and extremely fair incentives. Bonus's that are attainable. Of course hard work pays off as in any job.

      Cons

      No Coke Zero in the fridge. (joke)

      Great Team Environment

      Pros

      I have been with this company for quite some time and can honestly say I Love TAG Employer Services. The owner really cares about his employees and puts this above everything else. Managers are supportive of staff and do everything they can to train and promote growth within the company. TAG has grown leaps and bounds over the years and the owner makes sure that he thanks the staff on a regular basis for contributing to that growth. I have never felt more valuable to a company and to get that recognition from the top is even better.

      Cons

      The work environment can be chaotic at times but everyone pitches in to get the job done.
