      Pros

      Amazing company with great leadership who supports the teams success and professional growth. All while standing by it's core values by doing whats right for the client. A place where hard work is rewarded.

      Cons

      If work ethic and being self driven are not your strong points this probably wont be the best fit for you.

      Pros

      No micro-management, decent hours. Small company so you'll bump into the owner frequently, friendly atmosphere, doughnuts/ breakfast provided couple times a month. Better than average pay. Great benefits.

      Cons

      No real training, if you're not making it, you could be cut lose without warning.

      Pros

      Client satisfaction is a top priority. Leadership cares about their employees. Doing the right thing is important here, that is lacking in many company cultures these days.

      Cons

      There is one bathroom with a mirror on every wall. Turns out I never needed to see myself like that... Going to stick with the Jeff Goldblum bathroom going forward.
