      Awesome environment, the owner truly cares about the employees, room for advancement, fair pay, great benefits...

      Pros

      TAG is a great place to work where you have a lot of autonomy to get your job done in a fun environment. There is opportunity to improve on processes and make a difference in your job, the work flow and overall client experience. Customer service is always top priority so most here feel a sense of responsibility to respond timely, get it right the first time, and make things right when needed. Best job ever!

      Lack of strong middle management.
