      Pros

      From a technical point of view, it's difficult to get similar experience in terms of scale of operations anywhere else. You have to deal with issues of scalability and complexity of flows that are pretty much unique in the industry.

      Most of the knowledge of the complex systems are pretty tribal.

      Fun Co Workers. Not Much Else. Its a job

      Management is horrible. They do not listen to there employees. Very hardheaded. The company is being run into the ground led by Donahoe and his cronies. We interact with ebays customers on a daily basis. We hear the complaints and problems user are facing when they use the site. Management is unwilling to change there boneheaded policies to better there site. Very soon I think there will be no more ebay.
