Pros
Benefits are good, and there are many incredibly talented, passionate people who work there. However many are leaving and this is a concern.
Cons
There's a lack of vision/mission that can be artciulated internally and externally in any way that resonates with the community and many of the staff, especially those who were inspired by the original idea of an open marketplace that created opportunity thru a level-playing field.
