One of the best companies with some of the most talented software engineers on the planet. There are tremendous potential for growth and career progression.
Cons
It's a risk averse company that prefers to play it safe while productonalizing new advanced ideas, especially ones that significantly differs from the current behavior which might at times delay adoption of great ideas. Though, this happens at most other well established organizations as well.
