Cons

Customer operation program is very poor. Still working on old ideology and lot of politics by site head. Very poor salary structure. No work life balance in chandigarh center.

Bad work culture. No respect to fresheres at all. They will make u work pressure and Bad shift timings Baddest Politics Not at all management Poor salary- Way below standards waste of Talent and Resources If ur process is good u can survive else it is HELL
