Scope for work-life balance. I never expected such a chilled environment, that too in a corporate organisation. The company offers you a great scope for learning on the job and the managers motivate you to take responsibilities, that boosts your confidence. If you are working during your weekly-off, you get a comp-off. The working environment is such that I enjoyed staying beyond my working hours whenever the workload was high.

Cons

Salary is low compared to industry standard and hardly any hike during appraisals (they usually state the reason that the company is going through tough times) The hiring process is flawed, deserving and experienced candidates are hired at lower positions, whereas inexperienced candidates get hired for managerial position.
