Learning is the best reason one should join eClerx. If you are lucky enough you will end up in a process that will expose you to politics, process improvement, scheduled calls with VPs and Directors. Do not shy away from these things, take charge and learn. Make something great out of a bad situation.

Cons

Be ready to work for more than 9 hours. Manage your breaks properly so that you don't feel stressed. Don't think about any extra employee benefits other than money. If you are good enough at your work you can ask for hike additional bonuses and fast track promotions.
