      Pros

      I worked for ABACUS domain of eClerx and work life balance was too easy. There was no much work pressure since they have limited projects. One gets ample time to hone his/her skills as atleast in ABACUS you get spare time at your dispose

      Cons

      1, Although you are expected to work in shifts, no shift allowance are provided 2. Even for shifts, you are asked to pay for cab charges which is again limited to selective areas 3. HR policies are kind of joke here. 4. Trainings or upskilling is like an oasis. There is no official training arranged to upskill yourself

      Pros

      I worked for 6 years and my initial years were good. Lots of learning and opportunities to explore. Team members were good and helpful. People used to look forward to come to office. People were motivated. However everything changed in last couple of years.

      Cons

      A lot of people were fired at senior level. Leadership level changed and culture went for a toss. Lots of politics. No value given to work. Employees in good books with senior leadership were valued and promoted. Even the employees in HR were also not happy and cribbed about the culture and senior management. It feels like company is run by only 1 principal and rest only agrees to what he says. No body have courage to question him.
