1) Flexible office timings 2) For Band 1 candidate there is a double digit appraisal 3) Employee funded parental insurance policy (80% covered by company)

Cons

1) Not an IT Company KPO work culture 2) Non technical people everywhere 3) No proper software development, they are developing low quality products which are not sellable in the market, just trying to fool senior management. 4) People with purple band senior folks 10+ years in same company literally don't want to do anything.

No shift allowances paid, No free transportation provided (nt even for female employees), Bonus and appraisal is juz a joke, Canteen food high in cost and low in quality

Cons

They provide very low salary as compared to others in same industry. There are lot of games, plotting, politics going on against women within the teams which have majority of males in the team, so they can get the women out of their team.
