Trainings offered on some software tools

Cons

Extremely bad work environment, full of politics and bullying. Little recognition for hard work. Promotions are years down the line. Company is a sinking ship. Very poor senior management. Focus is on cost cutting so all positions are filled by underqualified people. Company not able to move up the value chain because senior management has no technical knowledge or interest in technology.

Opportunities are good Decent Salary Good learning and development, core domain knowledge It is very good for freshers to start their career

Cons

Management can be sloppy, but that differ from team to team facility are not very good and you may feel a pinch less onsite opportunity and too much competition is observed as you move up the ladder
