Couple of good client base

Too much of politics in Quality department. They hire someone the people based on face and then keep favoring them. People with background as Pharmacy are given promotion for being good at analytics because manager likes the face! Those who genuinely want to move ahead in life should not join such department and work with such people.

* Best place to start career for fresher's, since here you will get exposure to corporate work culture and best training for what ever the Digital Analytics field your going to enter into. * Managers are always friendly and helpful

Cons

* They wont even give you travel allowance, if you struck in office till midnight for fulfilling clients request * Here you have to do lot of copy pasting rather then Analysing ; in case if you remember your recruited for the position of Analyst
