Pathetic senior managers The level from SPM to PGM plays no role in process development. Everything that they do is only to achieve limelight with no real ground work. Promotions are very rare and irrelevant reasons are given to uphold your promotions

X is one of a character whom you should never work with because of his hatred towards other religion. We are taught sex,religion and race are big taboos in professional life as people might feel offended. But this guy is above all of them he will poke you, will try to stop you from practising your faith and moreover will harress you. What saddens me more is that Senior Management was unable to take any action against this filthy act.
