You will find nothing to learn except politics. If in case you resign from here your immediate manager will make your life hell. He will even try to contact your new recruiter to give a bad reference so that you are bound to work here or you have no other options in ur career.

Cons

U will be paid for as lil as surving and fueling ur body to work more.
