Hr are very corporative And good environment to work with. If u looking to make career in finance then go for Eclerx.

Interview process was very slow u have to give ur entire day and if u clear ur all round then they will call u another day for operational round

Good company to start in Finance industry.

Cons

Pathetic management. Anyone can become a manager if they are good with their manager without even being skilled. In each team and in almost every batch applicants, they will deduct their bonus and put it in their pocket. Mangers are so greedy that they even put the heavy amount of money into their pocket sent by the clients for the team parties, such a horrible mentality, am sorry but i must say this. And the last that the managers with their born attitude.
