1) Hmm ...work timings are fixed..mostly 9 hrs 2)Not much work to say the least..... its mostly based on routine chores 3) Interview process was relatively easy ...

Cons

1) Filled with politics and back biting .. 2) No fixed structure in place.... HR is just namesake 3) Senior management is confused about the direction of the company ...its primarily a back office firm but management is trying to re invent itself without undergoing a complete change ... 4)Extremely hierarchical ...not good for people from A list colleges ... 5)No learning ...technologies are hugely outdated .... and processes are only omni present ...
