      Experience to become tough guy

      Everything, no one gives a damn about employees. You have to stretch working hours without pay. Managers don't understand process at all and expect to complete hectic work in time without any errors. Everyone is frustrated, they just want Freshers so that they can save money. And increases pressure on experienced sr analyst so that they could leave. Unbelievable, I've never worked in low grade company before. God help those poor chaps working there.
