Worst company. Best luck if you still want to join.

Cons

- 20% variable and you won't get full amount - no value for technical people - dump people are sitting at good position - full politics - low salary - no ethics - very rude behaviour - no value for loyal employees - hire and fire strategy - no projects - 12 to 14 hrs work - even people from higher management are leaving(those are really good and talented people) - these people had ruined many career - managers threaten you every time and you can not go to HR
