Good Infrastructure, Huge scope for learning.. Friendly trainers and Km's

Poor food quality in canteen,Less salary..They are trying to save money by forcing 1 employees to do 3 activities instead of hiring 3 employees for each ones. Low growth. Work pressure,Not so good working environment specifically in night shift. atleast give proper salary to night shift employees and outstation candidates.. Licking managers toes for promotions. You can be allotted a different sub process at any time.

For Senior Analyst and below, they pay the variable bi-monthly and the remaining bonus they pay at the end of the year (in month of April salary), ONLY TO TOP PERFORMER. If you are not a top performer you will not receive any portion of the variable amount.

Cons

Lot of Work. You are expected to work 10 hours. No vertical career growth. Very poor facility. Very poor canteen.
