Pros

As a Top performer (with top ratings and Critical Skill Allowance right up to Manager position) at EClerx, eClerx has given me Excellent learning and development with lot of exposure to Intl. Customer.

Cons

The worst increment and CTC structure I have seen in 10+ years of professional experience. After I left eClerx my current employer could afford to give me almost a 100% hike on my salary at eClerx. This is how bad things are.
