Cons

- below standard benefits - can be a language/communication barrier at times working with an international team - not much workplace guidance/assistance from management (VERY much need to be responsible for your own learning)

Only pro is they always offer overtime.

Cons

They want you to eat sleep and breathe Eclerx. They expect you to basically be a robot and so everything as they say. Job is honestly so overwhelming you have to memorize billing and Tech support things on your own because the supervisors who are there to help you don’t ever want to actually supervise then it’s a bunch of high school petty drama. It’s just a overall extremely unprofessional work place.
