good work life balance if no night shifts managers are good. no one pressurize you good salaries . flexible timing for work and anything like canteen , break for rest and all. they are now focusing on new technologies.

Cons

night shifts are bad part. their strength is not software, they are in financial and call centric mostly. in night shifts no leave on Diwali festivals. no special gifts or bonus on Diwali and other festivals.
